Oversees the work of project managers, coaches and mentors the project management team

Oversees and coordinates resources needed for project management and LESs

Oversees the project management and LES processes for projects including governance, team leadership, monitoring, prioritization, communication, and quality controls

Promote team cohesiveness to optimize the performance of project management and LES staff

Knowledge Skills And Abilities Required

Report division revenue generated by marketing tactics, and campaign performance updates to management

Deep understanding of integrated B2B marketing functions, budgeting and business management

Manage contractual obligations and modifications

Implementing trainings and educational / conference opportunities to support employee growth and providing support to each individual as needed

Manage project margins on awarded work in keeping with corporate targets
