Patient Concierge Coordinator Jobs in Washington

Minimum one-year general office experience in a healthcare setting

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, G Suite, Windows environment, and strong keyboarding skills

Welcomes and greets all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone

Assist with scheduling routine and follow-up appointments as needed

Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving during challenging patient interactions and situations

Facilitates patient flow by notifying the provider of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with patients and clinical staff

Minimum 1-year general office experience in a healthcare setting (Ophthalmology preferred)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Perform a high level of customer service to our patients

Performing patient check-in and out, answering phones, and other duties as assigned

Coordinating care with other services

Processing patient paperwork as required
