Detailed Job Description Patient Advocates are responsible for advocating for patients’ rights and ensuring that they receive the best possible care. This includes working with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other organizations to ensure that patients’ rights are respected and that they receive the care they need. Patient Advocates also provide emotional support to patients and their families, helping them to navigate the healthcare system and understand their options.
