Know each resident and his or her family members.

Follow work/cleaning schedules as assigned and as closely as practical.

Discard waste/trash into proper containers and reline trash receptacle with plastic liner.

Must demonstrate empathy and compassion to connect with all customers.

Must use imagination and creativity to motivate self and others.
