Act as liaison between the building and Property Manager and work closely with the Building Superintendent.

Assist the Lead Concierge in maintaining the schedule for resident move-ins/outs and elevator usage through appropriate coordination with Property Manager.

Complete other additional projects as requested by the lead concierge or property manager.

A minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience required.

Must have general computer skills to perform administrative and clerical tasks, including time entry.

Part time hours working 10-15+ hours per week

Great pay - pickup truck owners and vehicles using trailers will receive the higher part of our pay range

Up to $21 per hour

Excellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines, with particular attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts

Warmly greet and assist all guests at the Valet areas while providing courteous, efficient and enthusiastic service

Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid, such as issuing scooters and wheelchairs

Input incoming valet tickets into computerized system for valet parking customers and maintain on-hand cash

Notify supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

-Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and good driving record

-Must be able to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check

-Must obtain a valid TWIC badge (if needed)

-PHA Escort Credential preferred, but not required

Must be able to handle working outdoors, with temperature ranging from moderate to extreme cold and heat
