Sell tickets at the front gate.

Direct guests to parking locations and fields.

Accurately balance gate bank prior to starting the gate shift and reconcile at the end of each shift.

Verify all ticket envelopes have the correct number of tickets.

Answer questions and resolve issues for guests; provide superior guest service.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Spa experience , preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.

Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.

Flexible schedule; ability to work varied hours and days, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 20 lbs.
