Part Time Maintenance Mountainwood Apartments is responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to the Mountainwood Apartments. This position requires a high level of customer service and the ability to work independently.

Detailed Job Description:

Part Time Maintenance Mountainwood Apartments is responsible for providing maintenance and repair services to the Mountainwood Apartments. This includes but is not limited to:

• Performing routine maintenance and repairs on the buildings, grounds, and equipment
• Responding to tenant requests for maintenance and repair services
• Ensuring that all maintenance and repair work is completed in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation
• Assisting with the preparation of vacant units for new tenants
• Assisting with the move-in and move-out process
