Skills, Experience and Education Required

Basic computer skills and knowledge

Minimum of 2 years of experience in waxing, including Brazilian wax.

Minimum of 2 years of experience providing Facials in a high-end customer service setting.

Previous experience in a treatment room preferred

Provide consistent and professional facial and body treatments in accordance with Tenaya Stone Spa protocols and accepted certification practices

Attend mandatory training to maintain knowledge of current spa policies, procedures and trends

Must be able to perform all esthetic treatments offered by Resort spa

Previous experience in a spa or hotel environment

Possess complete knowledge of all services and products while educating Guests

Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent guest service skills
