4+ years of experience owning email & SMS marketing channels for B2C

Experience with B2B email marketing a plus!

Experience with at least one email/CRM marketing platform: Klayvio, Mailchimp, etc.

Beauty industry experience preferred, but not required

0-3 months' of marketing experience

Excellent writing and communication skills

Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships

Plan and execute campaigns and events

Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events

Create online and offline marketing content

Document the business requirements for campaigns that will be coded and developed by the campaign management data team.

Use Messagepoint content management application to self-serve editing existing templates.

Knowledge of PBM, Pharmacy and/or Health Plans business model and benefit plan design is beneficial

Strong understanding of PBM landscape and formulary management.

Familiarity with content management applications (CMA) such as Messagepoint, Smart Communications, OpenText Exstream, DocuSign, etc., is a plus although not required.

Execute the communication strategy for plan benefit and/or network related changes.

Candidates must meet the minimum requirements outlined.

• 1-2 years of relevant workplace experience

• Excellent writing and communication skills and strong attention to detail

• Experience working on customer service and ticketing services i.e Zendesk

Help with the creation and management of campaigns across complementary channels, including mobile push, SMS, and social media

SMS Program experience/certifications are a plus

Collaborate with managers and colleagues to create and implement test hypotheses and strategies, including customer segmentation, A/B multivariate testing, etc

2-3 years experience in email marketing

Knowledge of integrations and dynamic content

Platform experience with Klaviyo, CheckoutChamp, PostScript is a plus
