Overview Part Time Custodians are responsible for providing cleaning and maintenance services in a variety of settings, such as schools, office buildings, and other public facilities. They are responsible for ensuring that the premises are kept in a clean and orderly condition. Detailed Job Description Part Time Custodians are responsible for performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks. This includes sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors, walls, and furniture. They may also be responsible for cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas. They may also be responsible for emptying trash cans, cleaning windows, and performing other duties as assigned. Job Skill Requirements Part Time Custodians should have excellent organizational and time management skills. They should be able to work independently and follow instructions. They should also be able to lift and move heavy objects. Job Qualifications Part Time Custodians should have a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a custodial role is preferred. Job Knowledge Part Time Custodians should have knowledge of cleaning and maintenance techniques and products. They should also be familiar with safety protocols and procedures. Job Experience Part Time Custodians should have at least one year of experience in a custodial role.
