Support finance management professionals to ensure de-obligations.

Experience using the Oracle Federal Financial System or similar contract management software.

Provide consultation to support program management reviews, performance monitoring, and other contract surveillance activities.

Provide consultation to contracting officer representatives (COR) in their efforts to perform spend management and track deliverables.

Master’s Degree in Business (MBA) or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification.

Support program teams in developing requirements to acquire services and products to support operational objectives.

Effective communication skills (e.g., writing, email, and telephone, etc.).

Experience working on construction projects.

Previous experience in NEPA, FERC, NHPA, ESA, and/or other environmental programs.

Strong writing and editing skills.

Experience in the following is preferred:

Undergraduate or graduate degree in GIS or closely related field.
