Strong analytical, writing, organizational and communication skills.

Similar experience working in a non-profit setting.

Adhere to all Young Life policies and procedures and maintain professionalism concerning office hours, dress, conduct and time management.

Manage finances with stewardship, accountability and transparency using missionwide applications.

Comply with volunteer management procedures concerning WyldLife volunteers.

Perform other duties as assigned and congruent with gifts, experience and area needs.

Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.

Leadership skills that allow for collaboration with board members, the community and volunteers.

2+ years of design and project management experience

Strong communication skills across multiple levels

Degree in design, marketing, or similar

Familiarity with Workamajig, WorkFront, or similar platform

Understanding of CMS platforms such as Sitecore, EpiServer, or similar

Portfolio of relevant design samples
