Overview The Park Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of parks and recreational facilities. This includes ensuring that all park grounds, facilities, and equipment are in good condition and safe for public use. The Park Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for supervising and training staff, as well as developing and implementing maintenance plans and schedules. Detailed Job Description The Park Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of parks and recreational facilities. This includes ensuring that all park grounds, facilities, and equipment are in good condition and safe for public use. The Park Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for supervising and training staff, as well as developing and implementing maintenance plans and schedules.

The Park Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the following tasks:

• Inspecting and evaluating park grounds, facilities, and equipment to ensure they are in good condition and safe for public use.

• Supervising and training staff in the proper use of park grounds, facilities, and equipment.

• Developing and implementing maintenance plans and schedules.

• Coordinating with other departments and outside vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance of park grounds, facilities, and equipment.

• Ensuring that all safety regulations and procedures are followed.

• Maintaining records of maintenance activities and expenses.

• Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Performing other related duties as assigned.
