Paper Picker Jobs

Perform other duties in the DC as assigned by Manager.

Label, scan and fill orders with DOCS ring scanner.

Process cartons that have been partially filled and pushed into specific area of responsibility.

Utilize monorail to obtain shipping boxes and remove / reuse factory boxes in pick area.

Ensure safe and effective housekeeping practices within assigned work area.

Regular / Reliable / Predictable attendance

Higher technical education in the field of mechanics;

Sales experience in the pulp and paper industry or woodworking industry - 5 years;

Successful experience in selling premium products in the pulp and paper industry or woodworking;

Experience in B2B sales 4-5 years;

Skills of reading technical specifications, drawings, electrical circuits;

Confident PC user, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point);

· Supervisory or management experience required

· Excellent planning, organizational, time management and prioritization skills

· Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Excellent problem solving skills (preference for demonstrated Kepner-Tregoe facilitation abilities)

· Effectively manage production performance

· Minimum 5-7 years of related experience in a Linerboard Mill

First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

Use paper picker to pick up trash and fill bags

Standing and walking for 8-hour shift

Will be working outside in all weather conditions

Able to stand and walk for 8-hour shift
