Responsible for data entry into designated system (HTF and/or Cap60) and all documents filed.

Demonstrates excellent customer service skills and the ability to calm patients or clients who may be distraught.

Must possess strong written and oral communication skills.

Must possess awareness, knowledge and sensitivity to socioeconomic and cultural diverse backgrounds of the targeted populations served.
