The Palomar Escondido and Poway Associate Director will be responsible for the overall management of the campuses, including budgeting, personnel management, and program development. The Associate Director will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local and regional partners. The Associate Director will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for student success, including academic and career advising, student support services, and student engagement initiatives. The Associate Director will also be responsible for developing and managing the campus budget, and ensuring that the campus is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
