Interview all prospective final candidates for any vacant management position within the hotel prior to any offer being extended.
Maintain direct contact with and monitor the development of management trainees.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
Hold a monthly financial review with all department managers, M.I.D.'s and available supervisors.
Develop managers for future advancement through competency training and corporate sponsored training programs.
Adhere to all Highgate Hotel policies and procedures and train new managers to ensure compliance.

The Owner Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to acquire and retain new and existing owners. This includes prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities. The Owner Sales Executive will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with owners and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Owner Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the sales process from start to finish, including preparing sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all sales activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures.
