Overview Overnight Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the operations of a business or organization during the night shift. They ensure that all safety protocols are followed, that the premises are secure, and that all staff members are performing their duties correctly. Overnight Supervisors may also be responsible for managing customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed. Detailed Job Description Overnight Supervisors are responsible for overseeing the operations of a business or organization during the night shift. They ensure that all safety protocols are followed, that the premises are secure, and that all staff members are performing their duties correctly. Overnight Supervisors may also be responsible for managing customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed. Job Qualifications
