Overnight Stock Part Time Jobs

Walk all assigned floors at beginning and end of shift; remove newspapers and service trays, empty trash receptacles

Remove trash and/or linens and note any areas that need immediate cleaning.

Remove soiled linen, terry and trash from the service areas and take to the appropriate locations in the prescribed manner.

Aid section housekeepers as needed (i.e. bed boards, roll-ways, etc.).

Stock linen and supply closets to ensure par inventories.

Report any missing/found articles, damage or merchandise problems to the Senior Housekeeper or supervisor.

Clean and maintain sanitation standards in all interior and exterior areas of store and parking lot as directed by store management.

Offer friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and courteous assistance to customers by providing them with current store and product information.

Set up advertising/promotional displays. Reviews invoices/bills for accuracy.

Verify customer eligibility when selling alcoholic beverages.

When requested, load customer purchases by assisting customers to their vehicles.

Relevant experience, preferably in a hotel environment

Responsible for handling Night Stocker issues/concerns and communicating the issues/concerns to the Grocery Manager

Responsible for communicating any schedule changes and/or time and attendance issues that occur overnight to the Grocery Manager

Report any pallet jack, forklift or other equipment issues to the Overnight Operations Manager for resolution.
