Carry out job functions and responsibilities as assigned. Support the application of club policies, procedures and compliance.

Ensure a safe and positive environment and experience for the members.

Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.

· Manage performance through planning, coaching, appraisals, and disciplinary efforts.

· Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Ability and availability to work overnight or early morning shifts as applicable.

· Assist in training and developing associates to meet the department needs.

· Understand and use company tools such as; financial reports, scheduling, productivity, ordering, and business information systems.
