Report to the Security Manager/Supervisor

To comply with your responsibilities in relation to Fire, Health and Safety Procedures

Experience working within the hospitality/service industry

Appropriate experience gained in all main tasks

Respond to all emergency calls as indicated on the radio and take necessary action

Ensuring that all findings are recorded, and action taken as outlined in our company policies and procedures

· Remotely troubleshoot managed service-related issues on support calls with Granite customers and/or field technicians

· Understanding of agile task management and project operations

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

· 1-2 years in a technical support related role, or equivalent experience

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex network issues efficiently.

· Ability to provide a high level of customer support to improve customer experience

Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment
