Overnight Kitchen Workers are responsible for the preparation and serving of food during the night shift. They must be able to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:

• Preparing food items such as salads, sandwiches, and other items according to recipes and instructions

• Setting up and stocking the kitchen with necessary supplies

• Cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen equipment and surfaces

• Monitoring food temperatures and ensuring food safety standards are met

• Assisting with food preparation and presentation

• Ensuring all food items are stored properly

• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

• Following all safety and sanitation guidelines

• Other duties as assigned
