Bachelor's: Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent education/experience

Ability to perform tasks related to database supporting assigned service portfolio, including CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platform.

Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

5 years recent relevant experience.

Skillset and competence in navigating through Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
