Offering enrichment programs for those living at home with memory loss,

Increasing wellness through education, and

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field such as gerontology, human services, communications, therapeutic recreation, or social work

Experience working or volunteering with older adults preferred

Outstanding customer service skills along with a helpful, patient, and calm demeanor

Excellent spelling, proofreading, and editing skills

Master’s Degree with five years of experience in a field related to international development

Strong analytical and quantitative skills demonstrated.

Experience with STATA, R, or other statistical software package.

Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate complex programming concepts into clear, concise written documents and oral presentations required.

Source or summarize and package key existing evidence related to the Agency Learning Agenda to advise Missions and other Operating Units

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams, SharePoint)

Experience using outcomes and evaluation to advance organization goals and empower better results

Knowledge of complexity science (a theoretical approach to understanding interconnections among processes and how they yield emergent, dynamic and systems-level behaviors)

Intellectual curiosity, the ability to ask thoughtful questions, and excellent listening skills

Strong analytical skills and oral and written communications skills, with an ability to translate complex data and information into actionable recommendations

Demonstrated health related work experience in either consumer facing or professional facing organizations a plus

The Training and Outreach Coordinator

ensures stakeholders receive clear and effective communication about the

applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.

Strong personal and team management skills;

Support program team in writing reports, analysing findings, and providing recommendations as required for project planning, performance management, and reporting;

Lead on the utilisation, particularly data entry, of donor and/or Internews’ databases, to store and analyse programme and project-based data;

Supports the Regional Manager to develop and implement M&E systems for Internews projects; identifies obstacles to implementation and recommends appropriate solutions;

At least 3 years of experience in the design and implementation of M&E activities implemented by national/international NGOs;

Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis, and production of reports;

1 – 2 years in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.

Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.

This is a 100% FTE career position, with guaranteed funding through June 30, 2027.

Continued appointment is contingent upon receipt of additional grant funding.
