Experience designing and implementing support plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, autism and/or challenging behaviors preferred.

Develop and implement effective procedures to teach social skills and emotional regulation skills for individuals and groups.

Actively participate as a dynamic member of a support team to plan, develop and implement services.

Maintain current approvals of Positive Behavior Support plans and other clinical documentation by committees and team members.

Provide individual and group therapy as needed, and document progress.

Document communication with individuals and teams.

Knowledge of substance abuse disorder assessment and intervention skills

Experience in Motivational Interviewing and Harm Reduction interventions

Experience with SMI adult population

Experience of providing telehealth services to clients

Understanding of adults with serious mental illness

Trained in DBT or willing to be trained upon hire
