They are responsible for managing staff, developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures, and ensuring that the highest standards of patient care are met. They must ensure that all staff members are properly trained and that all patient care is provided in accordance with established standards. Outpatient Clinical Supervisors must also ensure that all patient records are properly maintained and that all patient information is kept confidential.
