Outbound Logistics Manager Jobs in California

Create and manage KPIs across our 3rd party logistics provider and distribution centers.

Coordinate with Purchasing, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth transition of new items, tests, and promotions into our restaurants.

3-5 years' experience Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Coordinator, or similar role

In addition to following Chipotle's policies and procedures, principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Be able to analyze and establish proper metrics to evaluate and make recommendations on optimized routing, delivery frequency and drop sizes.

Managing the relationships of our 3rd party providers as well as our distribution centers when needed

Carrier Communication and Management, including annual RFP’s and new carrier onboarding

Provide project management support for on-boarding of new carriers

Educate upper management with regular, documented updates.

Manage carrier performance including reporting and review processes to maintain and improve quality of service, cost and delivery performance.

Project manager for establishing and coordinating distribution center initiatives

7-10 years of Freight Operations/Carrier and/or 3PL experience required.
