Outbound Associate Jobs

Experience in contract negotiations and contract management.

Actively engages with stakeholders as defined in alignment with the Category Managers throughout the strategy development and sourcing execution process

Supports the development of Go-To-Market and negotiation strategies in alignment with the Category Managers and ensures proper documentation

Manages the procurement strategy implementation/sourcing execution for a less complex category

Participates in internal and external analysis (industry & supplier) in collaboration with Category Managers

Performs supplier selection and fact-based negotiations, validated by the Category Manager

2+ years Credit & Collections experience

Computer experience in Word and Excel

Answer inbound phone calls from internal and external customers

Make credit release decisions following procedures as stated in The Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. way

Refer customer disputes to field personnel for final resolution

Make payment arrangements on delinquent accounts

Six (6) months experience in a warehouse.

Six (6) months experience of proficiently utilizing a stand-up forklift and riding pallet jack preferred.

Basic knowledge of fresh produce preferred.

Experience in replenishment, cycling of product, RF (radio frequency) scanners and other returns related functions preferred.

Replenishes selection slots during selection operations.

Responsible for the cleaning and sanitation of the work area.

Develop ability to anticipate future needs of customers, thinking about the holistic experience.

Acknowledging and resolving client complaints. Creating a positive, engaging experience for the client.

Resolve issues in a timely way while effectively prioritizing customer needs.

Triage tickets to the appropriate internal departments and work with them to resolve the issue.

1-3 years of Call Center experience.

2-4 years experience as a medical assistant, office

Strong customer service skills to coordinate service

Supports comprehensive coordination of medical services including intake, screening and referrals to Aetna Medical Services Programs.

Promotes/supports quality effectiveness of Healthcare Services.

1-3 years of Customer Service Background

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, applying soft skills during interactions with diverse clientele.

Develops a comprehensive understanding of all lines of business. On an ongoing basis, educates members about their benefits and MVP’s procedures.

Applies technical skills required to simultaneously access multiple databases while addressing customer needs.

High School diploma or equivalent when possesses customer service employment experience.

Post high school education (Associates degree, college courses) preferred.

Minimum 1 – 3 years customer service experience and/or relevant office experience required.

1-2 years experience in the fashion and/or luxury space
