Provide general assistance to our clients and employees, in-house and remotely

Help our clients to feel at home by providing a first class hospitality service

Ensure that our facilities are kept clean and tidy meeting IL state guidelines for health and safety

Maintain inventory of supplies and arrange orders where necessary; ensuring refreshments, stationary, general office equipment and restrooms are well stocked

Ad hoc administrative or building services duties as required and assigned by the Operations Team

Healthcare Technology: Working knowledge and experience with modern computer applications and electronic health records

Willing to be credentialed as volunteer faculty for student educational programs hosted by the clinic

Knowledge of evidence-based approaches to dental care

Continue your professional development through participation in continuing education programs

Accredited U.S. Dental Programs (DDS/DMD) with appropriate CEU Certifications

Knowledge of commercial cleaning requirements

Must successfully complete training and attain/retain certifications applicable to assigned job

Experience in commercial cleaning with OSHA approved cleaning compounds and tools preferred

Perform cleaning assignments for train cars in accordance with FDA and Amtrak standards and guidelines

Drain and flush waste tanks

Vacuum, mop, dust, sweep, wash walls and windows
