The supervisor will also be responsible for ensuring that customer orders are accurately entered into the system, that orders are tracked and monitored, and that customer inquiries are addressed in a timely manner. The supervisor will also be responsible for training and developing order fulfillment staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring that customer service standards are met.
