Partner with Sales, BPI, Sales Engineers, Provisioning, Account Management and product to resolve ordering issues for unique customer solutions

High School diploma, GED or equivalent education and experience

Exhibit continuous learning and development by improving job skills through on the job training and available learning pathways

1+ years of related experience

Customer service, problem solving and analytical skills

Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Organizational skills with capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously

2+ years of project management

Manage complex projects which may include multiple destination shipments, kitting/fulfilment, and rush orders

Build relationships with internal teams to provide exceptional customer experience

Collaborate with assigned sales rep(s) on key projects with frequent communication and gain alignment on roles and responsibilities

Partner with finance team to facilitate the billing process and settle billing resolutions
