In lieu of the above education requirements, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
Develop detailed estimates for design and development phases based on stories and requirements.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ Years with Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years’ work experience
5+ years of development experience in Oracle tools such as SQL, PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, Workflow
