Optician Licensed or Experienced is responsible for providing excellent customer service and helping customers select the best eyewear for their needs. They must be knowledgeable about the different types of eyewear available and be able to explain the benefits and features of each. They must also be able to accurately measure customers’ eyes and fit them with the appropriate lenses and frames. In addition, they must be able to provide advice on the care and maintenance of eyewear and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
