Overview The Operations Manager Landfill is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a landfill facility. This includes overseeing the landfill operations, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, and managing the landfill staff. The Operations Manager Landfill is also responsible for developing and implementing operational plans and strategies to ensure the landfill is operated in a safe and efficient manner. Detailed Job Description The Operations Manager Landfill is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a landfill facility. This includes overseeing the landfill operations, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, and managing the landfill staff. The Operations Manager Landfill is also responsible for developing and implementing operational plans and strategies to ensure the landfill is operated in a safe and efficient manner. The Operations Manager Landfill will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, as well as other stakeholders. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in landfill operations
• Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve
