Relevant experience in medical education preferred

Responsible for communicating key information from hospital affiliates to both the academic and operational stakeholders at the direction of manager.

Offers support and assistance to other departments and colleagues as needed for special projects and/or events.

Strong customer service experience required

Candidates must possess hands-on and versatile leadership qualities and the ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment.

Maintains a database of clinical faculty and assists faculty appointment and promotion committee (FAPC) with documentation for appointment of new faculty.

3 years’ experience in a federal agency, GCC, or service headquarters in policy development, international agreements, and strategy.

3 years recent experience in developing business and communication strategies intended to achieve strategic objectives.

2 years’ experience or academic coursework in negotiations. Acceptable example would be experience negotiating Memos of Agreement or Understanding.

Review, analyze, and summarize SOLO reporting. Draft plans and track actions stemming from SOLO reporting.

Support development of engagement plans and strategies which support negotiation of MOAs for new countries.

Maintain a data base of all USSOCOM international agreements affecting J3-I exchange and liaison officers and SOLO placement.

Experience with utilization management including prior authorization reviews and medical necessity determinations.

Experience researching, developing, implementing, and overseeing clinical operations, programs, and/or health care policy management.

Nursing experience in private duty nursing in the home setting.

Minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience as a Registered Nurse.

Assist vessel managers with maintenance of required vessel paperwork and equipment

Secondary education preferred but not required

Receiving, storage and distribution of various supplies and parts for tug fleet (6-7 tugs)

Transportation of tug crew to various locations within the Edenton / Elizabeth City area (grocery store, rental car office, med-clinic, etc)

Transportation of parts / tug supplies between Edenton & Morehead City

Assist tug fleet with fueling, routine maintenance and garbage disposal

5+ years experience in Operations Management required

Project risk identification and management

Work with the customer on all change management including:

Work with the Project and Support Manager to bridge any client communications gaps

Manage project issues that have a potential of becoming a project risk

2+ years experience in communicating with C-level executives
