Leads new facility commissioning programs including system testing, equipment acceptance, finalization of punch lists and subcontractor management.
Develops & implements facility operational metrics & benchmarks, including assisting local facility Managers in operations and labor management planning.
Ability to act independently and evaluate people, processes and performance management objectively and continuously
