The Operational Quality Manager is responsible for:

• Developing and implementing quality assurance systems to ensure that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality.
• Conducting regular audits to ensure that all processes and procedures are being followed.
• Providing guidance and support to staff to ensure that they are following all quality standards and regulations.
• Identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Developing and implementing training programs to ensure that staff are knowledgeable about quality standards and regulations.
• Working with other departments to ensure that all products and services meet the highest standards of quality.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments.
