Overview The Onboarding Representative is responsible for providing a smooth onboarding experience for new employees. This includes providing information and support to new hires, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed, and helping new hires become familiar with the company's policies and procedures. Detailed Job Description The Onboarding Representative is responsible for providing a positive onboarding experience for new employees. The Onboarding Representative will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure that new hires have access to the resources they need to be successful. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• At least two years of experience in Human Resources or related field
• Knowledge of onboarding processes and procedures
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ensure that all necessary paperwork is completed and filed correctly
• Provide information and support to new hires
• Help new hires become familiar with the company's policies and procedures
• Assist with onboarding activities, such as orientations, training, and onboarding events
• Monitor onboarding progress and provide feedback to management
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities
