Experienced with perishable export logisitics (1+ years required).

Perform detailed and accurate high-volume data entry.

Enters inventory from our processing plants into the sales and inventory system and tracks products.

Reviews sales orders and arranges shipment of product to meet customer needs. Interacts directly with customers on order fulfillment.

Prepares and issues necessary documents such as invoices, bills of lading, customs forms and international certificates for exported product.

Reconciles internal inventory records to third-party warehouse inventory and resolves discrepancies.

Janitorial or any other prior cleaning experience: 1 year (Preferred)

Spray down surfaces with disinfectant and wipe down surfaces.

Polishes and cleans fixtures in offices and bathrooms.

Dust and cleans fixtures, tops or windows, door frames, high touch points

Removes waste from work area and places waste in specified bags or containers.

Cleans and disinfects all fixtures, floors, mirrors, windows, doors, and walls of bathrooms.

3 to 4 years minimum experience as an Office Manager or equivalent role.

Owns processes like parking pass management.

Effective & decisive decision-making skills

Manages and maintains office supply inventory.

Manages relationships with vendors and service providers.

Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
