Provide visit planning, coaching techniques and debriefing; helping to improve parenting skills and interactions so reunification or permanency can occur

Complete documentation consistent with program and agency requirements.

Coordinate visits between parents and resource parents and transport children to and from visits

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities / Competencies

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Conducts orientation sessions, advising clients of what to expect in the custody mediation process.

Facilitates the mediation session, using the neutral techniques of mediation to assist the parties in resolving the issues in dispute.

Prepares the written parenting agreement in accordance with the party’s mutual decisions.

Assists the parties in developing custody and visitation agreements that are in the child’s best interest.

Provide visit planning, coaching techniques and debriefing; helping to improve parenting skills and interactions so reunification or permanency can occur

Facilitate meaningful visits; helping parents meet the physical, emotional and developmental needs of their children

Provide assistance in delivery of care management services, including assessment, planning, linking, monitoring, and advocacy, to assist children and families.

Assist Case Managers in maintaining records and program documentation for families receiving services.

Complete all required documentation accurately and timely according to all applicable policies, contract terms, and regulatory requirements.
