This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating occupational therapy services for patients in the home health setting. The Occupational Therapist OT Home Health Prn must be able to work independently and collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team. The Occupational Therapist OT Home Health Prn must be able to assess the patient’s needs and develop a plan of care to meet those needs. The Occupational Therapist OT Home Health Prn must be able to provide instruction and guidance to the patient and their family in order to maximize the patient’s functional abilities. The Occupational Therapist OT Home Health Prn must be able to document all services provided in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
