Must have a minimum of two (2) years of recent supervisory/management experience.

Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with autism and toddlers.

Must have a minimum of two (2) years of experience administering standardized assessments.

Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a research setting.

Serve as primary point of contact and coordination between study coordinators, investigators, ancillary departments, research subjects, sponsoring organizations, and/or regulating bodies.

Conduct presentations to internal and external audiences related to CARD research and/or autism.

Good organizational and time management skills are essential.

Leads prescribed individual, group therapy and/or education sessions as part of specific therapeutic procedures.

Have skills to professionally work with the public and the ability to coordinate services across various agencies and community groups.

Have knowledge, or the ability to acquire knowledge, about the recovery model.

Possess or have the ability to possess functional knowledge of business English and medical terminology.

Good spelling and basic mathematical skills.
