The Nurse Manager Med Surg is responsible for the overall management of the medical-surgical unit. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, managing staff, and ensuring the unit is compliant with all regulations and standards. The Nurse Manager Med Surg is also responsible for overseeing the delivery of patient care, including assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and providing direct patient care. The Nurse Manager Med Surg is also responsible for managing the budget and ensuring the unit is adequately staffed.
