Four years of clinical and/or management experience in the provision of nursing care in a hospital environment.

OTHER SKILLS, ABILITIES & KNOWLEDGE:

Participates in the collection and analysis of quality management data, in collaboration with the manager of Performance Improvement.

Coordinates Performance Improvement Activities as requested by the Director of Quality and Risk Management (CAP PI Team)

Coordinates the provision of infection control orientation, and continuing education for all personnel within the hospital.

Excellent written & communication skills.
