Basic machine shop skills desired with welding skills a plus.

Must be able to work from complex and detailed manufacturing documentation, drawings, and/or verbal and written instructions and specialized fixtures/test equipment.

Have a quick and flexible approach to problem solving, task juggling, and collaboration.

Responsible for quality activities, including self-inspection, and inspection. Be comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously, interacting with multiple teams.

Superior interpersonal skills and communication abilities

Demonstrated proficiency with project management and team leadership

Leads the execution of new programs into the production launch, ensuring adherence to operational requirements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Plug Power products and assembly protocol; provide ongoing training and communication to team members.

Identify and communicate engineering/process documentation discrepancies to ensure production of repeatable products while meeting all quality requirements.

Work with NPI planners to manage materials deliveries and key delivery dates.

Experience creating and implementing the technical architecture for complex multi-system implementations.

Superlative communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

A data-driven approach with an advanced understanding of business analysis techniques and processes.
