Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Staff members are very kind and helpful and management leads their team to provide the best care

Effectively manages nursing personnel on shift to limit use of overtime and agency personnel.

Current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs; ALFs as required by state).

Ensures delivery of high-quality, positive clinical outcomes, and resident/family satisfaction during supervisory shift.

Serves as a resource to all staff within the facility regarding the quality of services provided.

Develop strong leadership and educator skills and interact with peers in the healthcare setting without patient care responsibilities

Assess customer needs and assist with resolving issues stemming from lack of medical device knowledge or understanding of the particular product

Follow-up with key accounts and customers to assess unmet education and clinical needs as it relates to successful medical device implementation.

Access to continuing education via Novasyte Learning Center

Previous data collection or research experience preferred

Ability to be flexible and manage unexpected situation required

Develop strong leadership and educator skills and interact with peers in the healthcare setting without patient care responsibilities

Maintains appropriate nursing service objectives, goals, and standards of nursing practices consistent with licensure requirements and the Nurse Practice Act.

Experience in long-term healthcare preferred

Strong written and verbal skills required

Evaluates staffing pattern needed to meet the needs of the residents in conjunction with the Director of Nursing.

Receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders.

Excellent interpersonal skills including patience, empathy, and compassion

Effective communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking and reading comprehension

Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Previous quality assurance or chart audit/review experience

In this role, you will complete in-depth cognitive and functional assessments with clients in their homes.

You will complete structured assessments, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.

You will be focused on observing and reporting the current status of the individual. You must remain objective.

You will coordinate all scheduling with client or their point of contact using contact information provided to you.

You will be paid $125 per assessment within a 35 mile radius, upon completion of each assessment.

Provides education to residents and families regarding care.

Experience in the long term care setting preferred.

Good interpersonal and communication skills; has an interest to perform a service.
