Have previous experience with Traffic Management

Owns our incident management and response, engaging with subject matter experts to drive resolution.

Drives creation of knowledgebase content, capturing lessons learned and tribal knowledge

Proactively review devices for health using key performance indicators like uptime, resource allocation, and other critical stats

Respond to alerts and events occurring and provide initial remediation efforts

Monitor live vehicle and pedestrian traffic to ensure optimal service state and identify potential traffic issues

Continuously develop the teams’ knowledge of the product category, performance in-store, and other relevant business information relating to the category.

Achieving individual and team objectives and targets for watches across the store while supporting team members in identifying new watch clients

Build and implement specific action plans to drive the business and enhance the watch category's performance.

The Watch Ambassador is responsible for:

Performs other relevant and related duties as assigned by management and the chief engineer.

Conducts regular building inspections, ensuring building equipment meets scheduled and periodic maintenance requirements and contractor service levels are achieved.

High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred) and three years related experience.

Experience in general building maintenance, including lighting, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.

Experience and demonstrated ability using power tools, equipment, hydraulic lifts, interior/exterior ladders, computer workstations, and BMS system operation.

Strong customer service skills are essential.
