Noc Product Manager Jobs

Experience with network monitoring and management tools, such as CheckMK, SolarWinds, Nagios, or PRTG.

Experience with ITIL and/or other IT service management frameworks.

Oversee and manage other NOC programs as needed (including new equipment testing & validation, public wi-fi deployment and management, etc.).

Facilitate project management touch points for NOC & Engineering ongoing project work.

Manage team of NOC technicians, including hiring, onboarding, training, guiding, and motivating.

Manage intern program in collaboration with Human Resources.
