Navy Lodge Housekeeping Attendant Jobs in Washington

SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE

Performs all or a combination of the following preventive maintenance work on equipment as scheduled by supervisor

May patch pot holes around the Navy Exchange Navy Lodge parking areas. Uses asphalt jack hammer and or other heavy equipment.

Maintains compliance with local safety regulations. Informs supervisor of hazardous conditions and unserviceable items.

Responsible for the overall upkeep and cleanliness of Navy Lodge facilities and work area as required.

Greets and welcomes guests upon sight or within 10 feet while performing outstanding guest relations.

Required to obtain certain certifications as necessary in connection with performing job duties.

OR SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE

Applies knowledge of Navy Lodge standard operating procedures processes and rules governing patron eligibility.

One 1 year of general office clerical experience that demonstrated the ability to perform clerical duties satisfactorily.

One 1 year progressively responsible experience related to the position to be filled.

Handles all stages of guest s stay accommodating special request as needed and resolving issues that may arise.
