Experience in database development and management

CHISU’s Management Information System (MIS) maintenance, updates, and helpdesk support

Education: Masters degree in a related field such as public health, development, or health policy, or equivalent experience.

Additional desired qualifications and/or experience

Minimum of 5 years of professional international public health experience; prior experience with HIS-related programs preferred

Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills

At least 3 years of experience in project monitoring and data management for development projects is required.

Knowledge of knowledge of results-based management is desirable.

Experience in concise writing and good presentation skills is required

Experience in quantitative and qualitative data analysis and reporting is required

Skills Development and Fair Production Unit (IET/PST/SFP)

The main target groups are female entrepreneurs and female jobseekers; and governmental institutions offering related support services.

Experience and proven knowledge using mobile/ cloud-based digital technology for data collection and management.

Provide training and capacity-building on CLA, knowledge management, and adaptive management methods and tools and best practices

Help create and maintain a culture of learning and adaptive management within DAI.

Knowledge, interest and past experience in at least one of DAI’s Technical Sectors (Governance, Environment, Economic Growth, Health)

Support business acquisition activities by reviewing CLA/MEL requirements in proposal documents and contributing written content to DAI proposals.

Experience developing MEL curriculums, training content and methods and facilitating MEL trainings.
